ALCP philosophy:
"We believe adults have the right to freedom of choice unless that choice harms other people or our planet"

'Legalisation' does not necessarily mean a 'free for all'. It means regulating and controlling drug use and bringing it within the rule of law.

ALCP cannabis/ hemp policy provides for adult's 'grow your own' needs as well as prescribed cannabis medicines, and will allow R18 cannabis commerce, but without promotional aspects currently seen with alcohol. Our policy also makes provision for 'expungement' of cannabis convictions.
