Aotearoa Legalise Cannabis Party - AGM 2007 |
The Annual General Meeting of the Aotearoa Legalise Cannabis Party was held on Saturday the 8th of December 2007 at Avebury House, Christchurch. Michael Appleby was re-elected as Party Leader, Michael Britnell as Deputy Leader and Kevin O'Connell as President. The Aotearoa Legalise Cannabis Party will contest the 2008 elections and continue to make parliamentary submissions on a range of topics, including the comprehensive review of the Misuse of Drugs Act. New members are invited to join the party to help educate and inform the public, in the lead-up to the 2008 General Election.
