ALCP propose that:

Adults, over the age of 18, may possess as much cannabis as they need for their personal use.

Adults, over the age of 18, may grow as many plants as they need for their personal use.

Adults, over the age of 18, may distribute cannabis to other adults for their personal use.

Cannabis is New Zealand's most popular drug after Alcohol and Tobacco. Legalising the production and supply of personal amounts will allow adults to use cannabis for personal use, while still contributing to society as a Law Abiding Citizen.
